Step 1. Request your free consultation

This is a 1-on-1 interview where I will get to know a bit about you, your previous training history and any injuries, likes/dislikes, what you value during a training session. You will have the chance to let know about your goals and we will get the chance to break them down into smaller achievable and measurable goals that be celebrated and keep you accountable as you progress towards achieving your big goal!

I will also be taking you through a movement screening so that I can get information on what exercises are safe for you and how you move.

step 2. Sign up for your first 30 Days of training

At the end of your FREE Consultation if you decide that you are in and happy to work with me we will finish by signing you up for your first 30 Days of Training with a fully personalised program!

STEP 3. BOOK YOUR PERSONAL ORIENTATION SESSION

After signing up for your first 30 Days of Training and choosing your service/membership modality let me know when you would like to come in for your Personal Orientation Session.

During this 1-on-1 session we will be going over our most commonly used warm up exercises, postures, breathing and main lifts/movement patterns.

This session will allow you to feel more comfortable once you come to your first training session in the semi-private setting already knowing some of the cues I tend to use and having had a 1-on-1session with me in the studio.
