These 1h sessions are run on a 1-on-1 basis. 

You will be having my full individualised attention and I will be there to help keep you accountable, safe and motivated.

After having your “Assessment & Goal Setting Consultation” and also your “Personal Orientation Session” I will be designing you a fully personalised fitness program to help you achieve your goals!



  • Pay as you Go: £45 x session.

  • Block Booking: book multiple sessions (as many as you want) at the price of £35 each session - payable in one transaction.

  • 1-on-1 Membership: each session priced at £30, choose how many sessions you want x week - 3 months minimum membership
