After having your “Assessment & Goal Setting Consultation” and your “Personal Orientation Session” I will be designing you a fully personalised fitness program to help you achieve your goals. With that in mind the membership options include help with accountability, monthly progress checks and “Movement & Goal Reassessment Session” every 4 to 6 months.
2 Sessions x Week: £130 x Month
3 Sessions x Week: £190 x Month
